Middle graphite heat shield is made of high-purity graphite. It has high thermal stability and can be used for the heat insulation of monocrystalline silicon furnace. The produce can reduce heat loss and energy consumption. It has sufficiently high strength and good thermal shock resistance. Light in weight, it is easy to operate and use. With a small coefficient of thermal expansion and high flexural strength, the risks of accidents during the using process can be reduced.
